Shipping & Returns
We ship within United States only.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Effective April 14, 2019
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit only.
Store credit is delivered via a digital gift card that can only be used for online purchase(s).
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Please include your package slip with the return.
- Item(s) must be received back to us within 14 calendar days of receiving, items received after 14 days. a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from store credited back. Items received after 21 days will not be accepted and you will be contacted to have item(s) shipped back to you at your expense.
- All SALE items are Final Sale with no returns/exchanges.
- All shipping charges are buyers responsibility and are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Sent
Unfortunately, we are human, and sometimes mistakes are made, hopefully rarely.
Please report damage or incorrect items within 5 days of receiving. Apparel items that have been washed are not eligible for return/exchanges.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) you will be refunded the item(s) and shipping cost. Otherwise, you are responsible for all shipping cost.
If you would like to exchange for another size, please note in email and note in package desired size or item. Once we receive and approve return we will make the exchange and send correct items merrily back to you!
For damaged item(s) - please send an email with pictures of damage to email@example.com along with the order number and your name. We may ask for items to be returned or have you discard. If items are being returned, once received then replacements will be shipped out. If asked to discard, replacements or refund will be processed immediately.
If incorrect item(s) - Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of mistake and to expect your order is coming back to us. Please follow same instructions below on how and where to ship items. If it is incorrect due to our error we will add the return shipping cost to your refund/credit.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund/exchange more quickly.
- This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
- the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
- For refunds on damaged/incorrect items the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
How and who to use to ship items back?
- USPS is usually the cheapest route, but you are welcome to send back by whichever carrier you prefer at your expense. Unless packaging was damaged. you can reuse same box/mailer with new return label affixed.
- We recommend tracking and insurance; if we do not receive items we cannot process return/exchange.
- so sorry but we do not offer return shipping labels at this time
